New Citizen — interface failed to start

The page loaded but the interface never booted. If you're seeing this inside Unreal Engine's Web Browser widget, its bundled Chromium is too old for this build or GPU compositing is off. Things to check, in order:

1. 1. Test the same URL in a desktop browser — if it works there, it's the widget, not the site.
2. 2. Update the engine (newer UE5 ships a much newer CEF).
3. 3. If "Supports Transparency" is enabled on the widget, try disabling it — on old CEF builds it can render a white frame.
