Owner Deck lives at /admin/hub — it's your control room for everything below. Studio admins can also assign owners from the admin portal if a community manager runs the account.

Golden rule: the API key only ever lives on your server host (the bridge). Never ship it to players, never commit it. Player devices only ever see 15-minute session tokens.

New Citizen — interface failed to start

The page loaded but the interface never booted. If you're seeing this inside Unreal Engine's Web Browser widget, its bundled Chromium is too old for this build or GPU compositing is off. Things to check, in order:

1. Test the same URL in a desktop browser — if it works there, it's the widget, not the site.
2. Update the engine (newer UE5 ships a much newer CEF).
3. If "Supports Transparency" is enabled on the widget, try disabling it — on old CEF builds it can render a white frame.
