Refund Policy

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing on this page limits those rights. If a product or service we supply fails to meet a consumer guarantee (for example it is not fit for purpose or does not match its description), you are entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement or refund depending on whether the failure is major.

The one-time Creator Forge activation purchases the Local Forge Kit and pipeline access. You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment provided you have not substantially used the digital materials (for example: downloaded starter models, run generations through the Forge pipeline, or submitted a pack for review). Because activation grants immediate access to digital content, once substantial use has occurred change-of-mind refunds are not available — but your ACL rights for faulty or misdescribed content always remain.

The earn-back guarantee (your first approved pack pays a bounty of at least the activation fee) is a contractual promise in addition to, and never in place of, your ACL rights.

Client escrow payments are refundable while an engagement is in progress if the contractor fails to deliver as scoped — refunds are approved by the studio and returned via Stripe to the original payment method. Completed and validated deliveries are final, as the digital work has been transferred.

Email info@specpixel.com or open a support ticket from your account with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. We do not charge any fee for processing a refund.
