New Citizen is a modern-themed roleplay adventure game set in the vast open-world environment of the USA. The game focuses mainly on the player, creating an environment that feels alive and that is constantly moving.
The project is built using Specpixels framework, with the following current limitations set in place. A maximum of (32) players per server, utilizing dedicated machines and or virtual processing servers to host your own. Or rent a server through third party websites.
Set in the vast OpenWorld landscape of the United States
New Citizens base game provides the user with (4) default jobs. Due to the nature of the game, being based on player to player interaction creating non-programable experiences, this also provides the end-user with a never ending list of un-scripted job opportunities / gameplay possibilities. Base jobs: (Police Officer, Banker, Paramedic, Citizen)
The main methods of player to player interaction are, (VoIP) (Text-Chat) general interaction menu (GIM), this allows players to share details such as Name, ID, Currency and much more. Certain jobs such as Police and Paramedic also enable further interactions within the (GIM) such as restrain.
New Citizen is being created by a small team, utilizing Specpixel Entertainment's large network of developers in order to build our project at the best standard achievable for a self-funded project.
Whilst the project has been in planning for over 3 years by the Director prior to the company "Specpixel" coming too the public eye, New Citizen itself has been in development for 2 years.
Positions within the company and or on the New Citizen project are limited to invite only and or application based, general positions are not open to the public unless prior experience on other successful ambitious projects can be proven.

Yes, the three main factions within the base game are (Law Enforcement, Fire Rescue and Civilian) Depending on the server you are playing on different requirements such as whitelisting's may be required to play as a Police Officer or paramedic.
A game-master is an in-game administrative player, in-charge of management and staffing of the users experience within that server. Gamemasters are not official representatives of Specpixel and or the project, they are simply assigned users by the server owners. Three staff ranks are in the base game: Moderator, Admin and Super-admin.
