‍LICENSE GRANT
‍Subject to your agreement and compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, Specpixel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, access and use New Citizen ("the Game") for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license is granted to you and not sold to you.

‍USER CONDUCT
‍You agree to use the Game in accordance with this EULA, all applicable laws, rules and regulations and any other applicable policies and guidelines. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you shall not:
- Use the Game or any part of it for any commercial purpose;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, or any part of it;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Game, or any part of it;
- Transfer, sell, rent, lease, lend, distribute, sublicense or otherwise dispose of the Game, or any part of it, to any third party;
- Use any discriminatory slurs or terminology;
- Harass or bully other users;
- Conduct fraud or break any other local laws.

‍LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
‍IN NO EVENT SHALL SPECPIXEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF SPECPIXEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

‍ENTIRE AGREEMENT
‍This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Specpixel with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Specpixel with respect to the Game.

‍MULTIPLAYER GAMEPLAY
‍By participating in multiplayer gameplay, you agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth by Specpixel. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent bans from the multiplayer aspect of the game. Specpixel reserves the right to monitor and enforce these rules to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. Any attempt to cheat, exploit, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players may result in disciplinary action, up to and including account termination.
